Disclaimer
Last updated: August 2026
This disclaimer explains the information services provided by Clash Chinese Community (clash49.com) and important considerations for using them. Read it before downloading or installing a client, importing a subscription, or changing network settings, and make sure any steps are appropriate for your device and setup.
1. Site Purpose and Scope
This site is the official Clash website, offering user guides, client download links, and configuration references to help you understand how to install and use clients in the Clash ecosystem. Clients, cores, and related projects mentioned here are subject to the licenses and terms published by their respective developers. This site provides links and does not claim ownership of all associated software or trademarks.
Download links, tutorials, and configuration examples are provided for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee compatibility with a particular device, network access, or uninterrupted service. Featuring a client does not make this site responsible for all of its features, nor does it make us responsible for accounts, plans, data allowances, or connection quality provided by subscription services.
2. Software Installation and Configuration Risks
Installing or using a client may change system proxy, DNS, routing, or network permission settings. The effects depend on your operating system, client version, and existing network environment. Before enabling TUN, background services, or other features that require elevated permissions, make sure you understand what they do, save important work, and note your current network settings.
Assess the reliability of software sources, configuration files, and subscription services for yourself. Keep subscription URLs and access credentials secure, and avoid publicly sharing configurations that contain personal information. Unverified scripts, overrides, and remote rules may redirect traffic. Review each item before using an example, and avoid deploying it directly in a critical business environment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties responsible under that law bear responsibility for connection interruptions, data loss, and other harm resulting from a user's own installation, configuration changes, network permission grants, or use of third-party services. If something goes wrong, first disable the relevant feature and restore your previous settings, then follow the troubleshooting steps.
3. Tutorial Accuracy and Version Changes
Our tutorials reflect the versions available when they were written or revised. Client updates may change menu names, setting locations, default values, and supported fields, and interfaces can vary across operating systems. Examples illustrate procedures or syntax; they may not suit every network environment and do not guarantee a successful connection after import.
Follow the client's on-screen messages, the project's release notes, and the fields supported by the core you use. Before editing a configuration, save a copy you can restore. After saving, check its syntax and loading status. If a tutorial differs from the interface, first confirm the client name and version, then consult the Getting Started guide or Help Center. We make reasonable revisions when we identify issues, but cannot guarantee that all content is always up to date.
4. External Links and Third-Party Services
This site may link to app stores, project websites, and other third-party resources. Their operators control the content, download terms, fees, and privacy practices, which may change at any time. Links are provided for convenience and do not guarantee the accuracy of external content or the results of third-party services.
When you leave this site, check the destination URL and page details, and decide for yourself whether to download, register, pay, or submit personal information. If an external resource becomes unavailable, its content changes, or a dispute arises with a third-party service, follow that service's rules. We do not control third-party systems and cannot promise refunds, account recovery, or repairs on their behalf.
5. Lawful Use and Limits of Liability
You must comply with applicable local laws, network regulations, and relevant service terms. Do not use a client or information on this site for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt networks or information systems. For managed devices or networks, obtain the necessary authorization first; tutorials are not a substitute for required approval.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be waived under applicable law or diminishes rights you are legally entitled to. Any dispute should be resolved based on the facts, applicable law, and each party's actual responsibility. If you have trouble installing a client, importing a subscription, or connecting, use the Help Center to identify the cause, then follow the relevant guide. Avoid repeatedly changing system settings before you know what's causing the issue.
