Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to access to Clash Chinese Community and use of its download links, tutorials, and configuration references. Review them before downloading software, changing network settings, or using our content. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant services. These terms do not replace the license agreements for individual clients or the terms of third-party services.
1. Site Purpose and Use of Resources
This community resource site covers the Clash ecosystem, with client information, subscription import instructions, and YAML configuration references. Its content is for educational, research, and technical reference purposes only. The community name and materials do not imply official authorization from any software project or an affiliation with subscription providers.
Interface labels, settings paths, and configuration fields in tutorials may change as clients and cores are updated. Examples illustrate structures and procedures; they are not a guarantee that a configuration will work on every device. Before using them, consider the software documentation, your system environment, and your permissions, and keep a recoverable copy of the original configuration.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
Visitors must follow the laws, network policies, and service terms that apply where they are and in their specific circumstances. Do not use this site's materials or related software for unlawful activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, distributing illegal content, cyberattacks, or violating others' legal rights.
Before changing proxy, DNS, or traffic-routing settings on a workplace, school, or other managed network, obtain any required authorization. Users are responsible for checking their subscription sources, connection destinations, and access permissions. Technical capabilities described in a tutorial do not constitute permission for any particular use.
Subscription links may contain account credentials. Do not post complete links, personal configurations, or access logs publicly. Users and other responsible parties are liable under applicable law for consequences arising from voluntarily exposing credentials, granting improper access, or other violations.
3. Third-Party Software and Limits of Responsibility
The software covered here is provided by open-source projects and their maintainers. Refer to each project for its licensing, features, and support; software distributed under a separate license is governed by its own terms. This site provides information and download links but does not control third-party software, subscription services, app stores, or remote servers.
We strive to keep our resources accurate, but cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete or up to date, or that software will remain available on a particular device, network, or for a particular purpose. A successful download does not mean a subscription is valid, and a configuration loading successfully does not guarantee that all app traffic will be handled as expected.
To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for third-party software failures, service interruptions, compatibility issues, or data loss or business disruption resulting from the use of or reliance on related resources. Back up important data before making changes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
Copyright in each client, core, and related source code belongs to its respective rights holders. Use, modification, and redistribution must comply with the open-source license or other terms supplied with the relevant version. Our project descriptions and link listings do not change those terms or grant any additional trademark, patent, or other rights.
Product names, logos, and interface assets belong to their respective rights holders. This site uses them only to identify and describe the relevant projects. When citing original tutorials from this site, credit the source and preserve necessary context. For third-party materials, check the applicable license as well. Publicly accessible content is not automatically free to copy, sell, or sublicense.
5. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
We may revise these terms as site features, resource coverage, or applicable requirements change. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Significant changes to responsibilities or conditions of use will be noted on relevant pages. Changes generally apply prospectively, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
For installation, subscription import, or connection issues, first check the Help Center and Quick Start Guide. These pages offer technical troubleshooting information, not legal advice. For details on how personal information is handled, see the Privacy Policy; for other risk information, see the Disclaimer.
